Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Guwahati, Assam. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting our real estate advisory services, enhancing brand awareness, and generating leads through various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Phoenix Realty's services and increase brand visibility in the Guwahati market. Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to attract potential clients and drive website traffic. Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and visual assets, to showcase Phoenix Realty's expertise and unique value proposition. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our services to prospective clients. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and use this information to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. Plan and coordinate promotional events, including open houses, property showcases, and networking events, to engage with clients and generate leads. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Familiarity with the Guwahati real estate market and local business landscape is preferred.
